Duino Castle (Castello di Duino in Italian) is a castle located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, near the village of Duino-Aurisina in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy. The castle was built in the 14th century and has been owned by the Princes of Thurn and Taxis since 1856.

Miramare Castle, also known as Castello di Miramare, is a 19th-century castle located on the Gulf of Trieste in northeastern Italy. It was built for Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian of Austria, who later became Emperor of Mexico, and his wife, Charlotte of Belgium. The castle was designed by Carl Junker, a German architect, and built between 1856 and 1860.

The castle's architecture combines Renaissance and Gothic elements, and it is surrounded by a beautiful park with a variety of trees, including Mediterranean pine, cedar, and bamboo. Grotta Gigante (Giant Cave) is a cave located near the city of Trieste, in northeastern Italy. The cave is known for its enormous size, with a volume of around 350,000 cubic meters, making it one of the largest show caves in the world.
