Al Saleh Mosque, also known as Al Saleh Islamic Centre, is a mosque located in Sana'a, Yemen. It is one of the largest mosques in the world, with a total area of more than 27,000 square meters and a capacity of over 44,000 worshipers.

Al Saleh Mosque

In 2006, the palace underwent a transformation as the first and second floors were repurposed into a hotel. This decision allowed the palace to welcome visitors from around the world and offer them a unique and culturally immersive experience. The transition from a family residence to a hotel allowed the property to be preserved and shared with a wider audience, contributing to the preservation of Yemen's cultural heritage.

Additionally, the third floor of the palace serves as the headquarters for the Khaylah Development Committee, an organization that focuses on promoting investments in Khaylah's infrastructure. This commitment to community development highlights the palace's role as not only a cultural landmark but also a hub for progress and improvement within the local community.

The architectural style of the palace is emblematic of the Hadhrami mudbrick architecture, a traditional building method that utilizes local materials such as mud, bricks, and wood to create structures that are adapted to the region's climate and cultural practices.
